Check-in 3pm | Check-out 12noon
VAT is included in the room rates.
City tax of 2€ per person per night should be paid at check-in, with a maximum amount of 14€ per person and per stay for guests above 13 years.
Non-smoking property.
Identification | For security purposes, check-in can only be processed with a valid ID document from each one of the guests.
Guarantee policy | Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of the booking. The amount of one night will be pre-authorized 8 days prior to arrival. The payment for the stay as well as the city tax shall be made at check-in. Promotional or Pre-Paid Rates will be charged at the time of booking. City tax will still be paid at check-in. If the credit card holder is not traveling, a third-party authorization form must be filled and signed and a copy of his ID must be presented. Group reservation | The website’s booking engine can only be used to make individual reservations of less than five rooms. For bookings of five or more rooms, please contact the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to apply different group cancellation and payment policies.
Cancellations | Direct reservations can be cancelled or modified. To cancel or modify your reservation and avoid a no-show penalty please contact us at reservas.af@almalusahotels.com. Cancellations are only valid upon written confirmation from AlmaLusa Alfama. Not applicable to non-refundable rates and packages.
Early check-in | To guarantee early check-in, before 3pm, make sure to book the room for the previous night. Please contact us for more information.
Late check-out | Up to 2pm, complimentary. Between 2pm and 4pm, 50% of the daily room rate. After 4pm, full daily room rate. Late check-out is always subject to availability.
Children | Must be accompanied by adults until 18 years old. A baby cot for children up to 3 years old might be placed in the room, subject to availability (not available for our Cosy Room, Mini Deluxe Room and Deluxe Room).
Accessible Room | Our facilities are prepared to be accessible for those with reduced mobility. Please contact us for more information.
Pets | Not allowed.
Parking | The hotel does not offer on-site parking. However, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, there is an underground public parking lot available at an additional cost.
