The vouchers are numbered and transmissible. The holder of the voucher must inform of the voucher number when making the booking and present it upon check in.

How can I purchase a voucher?
Directly through our website, through our email fo.cp@almalusahotels.com or at our reception at AlmaLusa Comporta.

In which services may I use the AlmaLusa Comporta voucher?
Accommodation, restaurant, transportation, activities and products for sale at reception.

Where can I use the voucher?
At AlmaLusa Comporta.

What is the currency?
Euro.

How can I make use of a voucher?

Do I need to be a guest to be able to use the voucher?
The voucher may be used by guests and outside clients.

How is the voucher delivered?
The voucher is delivered by email to the address given upon booking. It may also be printed if purchased at our reception. When purchasing our vouchers, we may also send it directly to the person of your choice.

Can I get my tax number on the invoice?
Absolutely. Please send your request to fo.cp@almalusahotels.com.

Can the cost of the service be higher or lower than the voucher amount?
Yes. If the amount is superior, the voucher holder will have to pay for the difference. If the amount is inferior, there will be no refunds as a voucher is not a means of currency. But more than one service can be purchased with one AlmaLusa Comporta Voucher, in a single transaction.

Can I use multiple vouchers for the same service?
Only one voucher is allowed per service.

Can I offer a voucher to anyone I want?
Yes. The voucher is transmissible and it is only necessary to mention its number upon booking the service and showing the voucher at the time of use. Upon buying the voucher, if you wish to offer it, you can immediately send it to the person of your choice.

Are there dates in which the voucher cannot be used?
Yes, there might be one-time restrictions and restricted dates aside from the ones mentioned in the voucher itself. Kindly contact us at fo.cp@almalusahotels.com for further assistance.

If I lose my voucher, can I retrieve it within its validity?
Yes. We keep a record of each voucher. Therefore, it is possible to re-issue a past voucher with a new number and cancel the original one.

Can I use your services to surprise someone and deliver the voucher without me being present?
Yes! We would be very glad to assist in preparing this surprise. We kindly ask you to provide us with all the necessary information to fo.cp@almalusahotels.com. Upon buying the voucher, if you wish to offer it, you can immediately send it to the person of your choice.
