How can I purchase a gift voucher?
Directly through our website, through our email info.af@almalusahotels.com or at our Reception at AlmaLusa Alfama.

In which services may I use the AlmaLusa voucher?
Accommodation, restaurant, transportation, activities, and products for sale at Reception.

Where can I use one of your gift vouchers?
Depending on the chosen voucher, at AlmaLusa Alfama and Delfina Café.

What is the currency?
Euro

How can I make use of a gift voucher?

Do I need to be a guest to be able to use a gift voucher?
Our vouchers may be used by guests and other clients as well.

How is the gift voucher delivered?
The gift voucher is delivered by email to the email address provided upon purchasing. It may also be printed if purchased at Reception. When purchasing our gift vouchers, we may also send it directly to the person of your choice.

Can I get my tax number on the invoice?
Absolutely. Please send your request to info.af@almalusahotels.com.

Can the cost of the service be higher or lower than the voucher amount?
Yes. If the amount is superior, the holder of the gift voucher will have to pay for the difference. If the amount is inferior, there will be no refunds, as a voucher is not a means of currency. But more than one service can be purchased with an AlmaLusa Alfama voucher, in one single transaction.

Can I use multiple gift vouchers for the same service?
Only one voucher is allowed per service.

Can I offer a voucher to anyone I want?
Yes. The gift voucher is transmissible, and it is only necessary to mention its number upon booking the service and showing the voucher at the time of use. Upon buying the voucher, if you wish to offer it, you can immediately send it to the person of your choice.

Are there dates in which the voucher cannot be used?
Yes, there might be one-time restrictions and restricted dates aside from the ones mentioned in the voucher itself. Kindly contact us at info.af@almalusahotels.com for further assistance.

If I lose my voucher, can I retrieve it within its validity?
Yes. We keep a record of each gift voucher. Therefore, it is possible to re-issue a past voucher with a new number and cancel the original one, if it has not been used yet.

Can I use your services to surprise someone and deliver the gift voucher without me being present?
Yes! We would be very glad to assist in preparing this surprise. We kindly ask you to provide us with all the necessary information at info.af@almalusahotels.com. Upon buying the voucher, if you wish to offer it, you can immediately send it to the person of your choice.
