ALMALUSA BAIXA/CHIADO
Delfina Cantina Portuguesa is a cosy restaurant located in Lisbon’s Baixa district, just off Praça do Município. Blending the tradition of Portuguese cooking with Mediterranean and creative influences, it offers an elegant yet laid-back setting. The menu features classic dishes such as bacalhau à Brás and pica-pau do lombo, alongside modern takes on traditional flavours. With a discreet terrace and a warm interior, it’s the perfect place to enjoy authentic Portuguese gastronomy and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

ALMALUSA ALFAMA
Located in Alfama, Delfina Café stands out for its cuisine that blends Portuguese tradition with international influences. The menu highlights sharing plates, creative tapas, and vegetarian options. Signature dishes include prego de bacalhau (cod steak sandwich), dry-aged beef entrecôte, and bulhão pato-style mushrooms. The kitchen places great emphasis on fresh ingredients and reimagined traditional flavours, offering a contemporary and memorable dining experience.

The rooftop at our Comporta hotel is a chic and relaxed space, perfect for watching the sunset over the region’s rice fields. Open only during the summer months, it offers a selection of handcrafted cocktails and tapas. On weekends, DJ sets bring the space to life, creating the ideal setting to unwind at the end of the day, stylish yet welcoming, right in the heart of Comporta.

The rooftop now also features a restaurant that celebrates the flavours of the region, serving dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that showcase the very best of what Comporta has to offer.

ALMALUSA COMPORTA
Located on the lower level of our Comporta hotel, this restaurant is open exclusively during the winter season. It combines elegance and comfort in a cosy, intimate setting, ideal for enjoying special moments. The menu pays tribute to the region’s roots, celebrating local culinary traditions.

The stars of the show are the carefully prepared rice dishes, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of top-quality wines, both regional and national. It’s an authentic and memorable sensory experience, particularly welcoming on the colder days of winter.
