Led by Frederico Gil, one of the greatest Portuguese tennis players of all time, the FredGil Academy boasts experienced coaches ready to guide you in learning this sport - whether you are a seasoned player or a beginner eager to dedicate yourself to the game.

Additionally, indulge in a complimentary sports massage to prime your body for peak performance or aid in post-workout recovery.

We have prepared 3 and 5 night packages , with breakfast, daily tennis lessons and a massage
sports included, valid from October 15th to May 15th, except Easter and New Year's Eve.

You also have the option of adding supplements to your reservation or requesting a room upgrade.

Frederico Gil

Frederico Gil is a former Portuguese tennis player who left an indelible mark on the world of this sport. With a remarkable career, he reached an impressive ranking of 62 in the world rankings, solidifying himself as one of the best Portuguese tennis players of all time.

Frederico Gil began his journey in the world of tennis at a young age, demonstrating exceptional talent and an unwavering passion for this sport. In addition to his achievements on the professional circuit, Frederico Gil's legacy also extends to his role as coach and leader of the FredGil Academy , contributing to the development of tennis in Portugal.

Equipment

Each participant must come equipped with:

Comfortable sportswear
Shorts and leggings
T-shirt or long sleeve
Socks

Appropriate sneakers
Water
Hat
Small towel (optional)

Each participant may choose to bring their own tennis racket. Rackets may also be made available for use during classes.

Tennis court

The tennis court is located at Herdade do Montalvo, a 15-minute drive from AlmaLusa Comporta . We recommend that you travel to the location using your own vehicle. If this is not possible, our Reception team can assist you with taxi or transfer reservations.

IMPORTANT: Availability is limited, and these services are subject to an additional cost. We recommend booking 15 days to a week in advance.

Lessons with Frederico Gil
The classes included in the packages will be taught by FredGil Academy trainers. If you would like tennis classes to be led by Frederico Gil, you can send your request to reservas.cp@almalusahotels.com. Subject to availability and subject to a supplement of 253€ per day.


Spa Treatments
Add treatments and massages from our Spa Suite, with 100% natural products from Elemental Herbology.
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.

Rosemary and Camphor Muscle Massage | 90€ | 50 minutes
Combining camphor, lemongrass, nutmeg and rosemary essential oils with a deep massage, this treatment helps to release tension in sore and tense muscles, encouraging post-workout muscle recovery. It also uses hot stones and a steam towel on your back - highly recommended for anyone suffering from chronic stress or deep tension.


Meals
Light healthy food menu from 14.50€ per person.
Take advantage of our Grab&Go service at AlmaLusa Café to order meals to go and enjoy delicious and healthy food options,
as well as drinks prepared with natural ingredients.

Tapas dinner from 35€ per person (beverages not included).

These packages are available from October 15th to May 15th, except Easter and New Year's Eve.
Rates are subject to availability. The hotel will confirm availability based on reservation requests sent to reservas.cp@almalusahotels.com 
Reservations and/or cancellations will not be accepted by telephone, but only in writing to reservas.cp@almalusahotels.com.

Warranty Policy
Payment of the total amount is made at the time of booking.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation that does not meet these requirements.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable prepaid rate, in which the full amount is charged at the time of booking.
