Pet Policy
At AlmaLusa Comporta, we welcome you and your dog, in an effort to ensure the peace and tranquility of all guests. Only more than 1 year old dogs, up to 15kg, are allowed in our Garden Suites, subject to a maximum number of dogs in the hotel at the same time. The rules described below are in line with current health regulations and the only exception applies to certified guide dogs. Please be aware that there are public health and safety rules in Portugal regarding your pet's access to the beach and other public places, that you should know in advance. Rules and policies
A fee of 30€ per day, per dog, will be charged at check-in.
A deposit of 100€ will be charged upon check-in to safeguard unexpected cleanings. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if no extra cleaning procedure is required.
On arrival, dogs should be leashed at all times, show no signs of aggression, be clean and flea-free.
Proof of vaccination must be presented at Reception upon check-in.
Dog waste must be cleaned immediately by the owner.
The dog cannot be left alone in the suite when the owner is not in the hotel premises.
Dogs are only allowed in Garden Suites.
Dogs will not be allowed in the following areas of the hotel:
Pool and pool area
Wellness floor
The RoofTop Bar
Duna and Library Bar
AlmaLusa Café
