We have different classes available, from **Yoga to Fitness**. We also offer **custom training sessions**. Classes are subject to availability. For further details, please contact us at [fo.cp@almalusahotels.com](mailto:fo.cp@almalusahotels.com). --- #### Yoga classes With a view of the rice fields, we invite you to connect body and mind with the practice of yoga. **Hatha Flow:** Classes for all levels, with slow and expressive movements, through different postures that challenge strength and flexibility. Focusing, at the same time, on relaxation and mindfulness. #### Fitness The fitness classes we offer alternate between Pilates and Workout (HIIT). **PILATES** Pilates is a method consisting of stretching and muscle strengthening exercises aimed at improving balance, flexibility and posture. **WORKOUT (HIIT)** HIIT is high-intensity interval training, during which vigorous exercise is interspersed with periods of rest, performed with the aim of accelerating metabolism. #### Custom Training Sessions Training that aims to offer a totally individualized workout, optimizing your results to reach specific objectives. --- --- ### Wellness Teachers **Rute Martins** Fitness teacher She graduated in Human Motricity and specialized in psychomotor rehabilitation and pilates.
